WHILE I WAS THERE I SOME WORE THEM OTHERS DID NOT. IF THEY ARE WALKING INTO THE WAITING ROOM WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE THEY SHOULD HAVE TO WEAR A FACE MASK. I REALIZE THEIR MAY BE SOMEONE THAT MAY HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUES. BUT I CANT IMAGINE THERE ARE THAT MANY AT ON LOCATION THAT WOULD FIT IN THAT ...
I brought my 2018 Nissan Altima for a multi point inspection. Oscar had the car inspected in a timely manner and informed me of everything I knew the car would need, plus additional maintenance/service I was unaware of. Oscar was professional and service received was to the nth degree.
I was greated by Khaled, he accomodated me and my car very well. He gave me a tour of the area and even offered to check out and test drive some of the cars displayed outside. Coffee was good and service was even better. keep it up!!
This service appointment was good. It was quick and easy. I did feel the crew working weren’t very professional. They were all friendly and nice but every time I walked into the service desk they were chattering with each other and talking about personal business. Not everyone was wear a cave covering correctly, including my service advisor. It was really upsetting to see this neglect in a pandemic when we should be protecting each other.
This Nissan dealer has a fast charger and offered me free car wash.
