I wanted to write a letter to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received the past couple days as I had my car serviced as well as purchasing out my lease. The team that assisted me were all completely friendly, helpful, professional and willing to assist in any way they could.
JP oversaw the purchase of my vehicle from the beginning to end, making sure everything was being handled well. Mitch Linderman was very friendly and very comfortable to work with, not putting any pressure on my transaction. He even gave me a ride home as my car was being serviced! He felt more like a friend helping me with my purchase than a sales person. John Cunningham made the numbers work and got me the deal I was looking for, explaining everything clearly along the way.
